Ingredients (Makes 4–5 mini bagels)

1 cup all-purpose flour

½ cup Greek yogurt

Instructions
1. Mix the Dough
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, matcha powder, baking powder, and salt.
Add the Greek yogurt and mix with a spoon until it starts to come together.
Transfer to a floured surface and knead into a smooth, slightly tacky dough (about 2–3 minutes).
2. Shape the Bagels
Divide the dough into 4–5 equal portions.
Roll each portion into a log and form into a circle, pinching the ends together to seal.
3. Bake
Place the bagels on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Brush with milk for a shiny finish (optional).
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes, or until lightly golden and puffed.
