🌿 You’ll Need:

  • Rice paper
  • Greek yogurt
  • Premium matcha powder @matchaunion
  • Fruit of your choice (strawberries, mango, etc.)
  • Cornstarch

Optional:

  • Honey

✨ Method:

1️⃣ Make the matcha filling
Mix Greek yogurt with matcha powder and a little honey. Adjust to taste.

2️⃣ Prep the rice paper
Dip one sheet of rice paper into warm water until soft, then place it on a plate.

3️⃣ Fill & layer

4️⃣ Shape into mochi
Carefully fold the rice paper into a round, sealed shape.

5️⃣ Coat
Dust with cornstarch on all sides until it’s no longer sticky.

6️⃣ Freeze
Chill in the freezer for about 1 hour until soft and chewy.
