Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 1 tsp vanilla matcha powder @Matcha Union

  • A splash of hot water (70–80°C / 160–175°F)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Cold coconut milk (to taste)

  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream

  • Ice cubes


Instructions

1. Whisk the Matcha

Sift 1 tsp vanilla matcha powder into a bowl or cup.
Add a splash of hot water and whisk until smooth and frothy using a bamboo whisk or handheld frother.

2. Add Vanilla & Milk

Stir in the vanilla extract and pour in the cold coconut milk. Whisk again until the drink is light and foamy.

3. Build Your Float

Fill a glass with ice cubes, then pour the frothy matcha-vanilla coconut blend over the top.

4. The Sweet Finale

Add a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream right on top. Let it melt slightly for swirls of creamy sweetness in every sip.
