Cocoa Cream Matcha Latte

Ingredients:
- 40g heavy cream
- Milk
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1–2 tbsp Matcha Union Chocolate Matcha powder
- Sweetener (chocolate syrup or maple syrup)
- Ice cubes

Whisk the Matcha:
In a small bowl, whisk Matcha Union Chocolate Matcha powder with a splash of hot water until smooth and lump-free. Set aside. -
Prepare the Cocoa Cream:
In a separate glass, mix heavy cream, milk, and cocoa powder. Stir thoroughly until the cocoa dissolves into the mixture. -
Assemble the Drink:
- Begin by adding ice cubes to your serving glass.
- Pour in your choice of sweetener (we recommend maple syrup for a balanced sweetness).
- Add a splash of milk for a creamy base layer.
- Slowly pour in the prepared cocoa mixture, letting the layers form.
- Finish by gently pouring the whisked matcha on top.
