Banana Pudding Matcha Latte

Like dessert in a cup — this Banana Pudding Matcha Latte is sweet, creamy, and packed with nostalgic vibes. With layers of vanilla cookies, soft bananas, and chilled matcha, it blurs the line between drink and treat. 🍌🍵🫶🏻

🍌 You’ll Need:

For the Banana Pudding:

  • 2–3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • Vanilla wafers or butter cookies
  • 200 ml ice-cold water
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 pack instant pudding mix (e.g. Paradiescreme)
  • 400 ml heavy cream

For the Matcha Latte:

  • 4 g premium matcha powder @matchaunion
  • 60 ml warm water (70–80°C / 160–175°F)
  • Milk of choice
  • Ice cubes

🍮 Method:

1️⃣ Make the pudding base
Whisk together cold water, sweetened condensed milk, and pudding mix until smooth. Refrigerate for 3–4 hours until it firms up.

2️⃣ Whip the cream
Whip heavy cream until thick and creamy. Fold in the chilled pudding mixture and mix gently until combined.

3️⃣ Build your layers
In a glass or jar, layer pudding, crushed cookies, and banana slices. Repeat as desired. Cover and refrigerate again for 3–4 hours or overnight for extra firmness.

4️⃣ Whisk the matcha
In a bowl, whisk matcha powder with warm water until smooth and frothy.

5️⃣ Assemble your latte
Fill a glass with ice, pour in your favorite milk, and top with the whisked matcha. Spoon the chilled banana pudding on top.

✨ If your pudding is soft, it’ll blend right into your drink. Want a layered effect? Let the pudding set overnight.

🍯 Optional Toppings:

  • Crushed vanilla wafers
  • Banana slices on top
  • A dollop of whipped cream or dusting of matcha

Creamy, dreamy, and full of banana pudding magic — this is the ultimate dessert-latte hybrid you didn’t know you needed. 🍌💚
