Matcha Date Yogurt Cup

Matcha Date Yogurt Cup! Convenient and fast, this cup will keep you full for long. Here is how!

Prep Time: 5 min | Setting Time: 10 min | Total Time: 15 min | Serves: 1


  • 1/2 tsp matcha powder

  • 1/2 cup yogurt (we love coconut yoghurt or honey yogurt)

  • 1 banana 

  • 1/3 cup red dates (you can replace with red beans, it's also delicious!)

  • 1/3 cup oats


1. Pour the yogurt into a bowl, add matcha powder, stir well.

2. Layer your cup in order of choice (we chose: oats - matcha yogurt - banana slices - oats - matcha yogurt - red dates - oats - matcha yogurt - banana slices)

3. Add a layer of yogurt, sprinkle with matcha powder, and decorate with red dates.

4. You're done!

Don't be in a daze, eat now or place in the fridge to enjoy the next day! It's best enjoyed chilled.
